Damages & Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and provide a resolution. We are committed to making things right for our customers.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

As all our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns at this time. However, if you have concerns about your order, please reach out to us, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Please note that we cannot accept any returns at this time.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without the need for justification. However, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our Commitment to Resolving Issues

To ensure fairness and transparency, we provide a 60-days period from the date of delivery for customers to report any issues with their order. The cost of return is $0 for eligible items. Due to the custom nature of many of our products, returns for thoses items are not accepted, but we are fully committed to working with our customers to resolve any concerns in a fair and timely manner.
